Keeping the path clear from home entry to the furnace area allows us to service & diagnose your furnace, water heater and/or humidifier if they are not functioning properly. This is especially critical this time of year given freezing temps. Urgent furnace repairs, or replacement, may be required to prevent frozen or burst pipes and damage within your home. A clear path will also allow us to move in new equipment safely.

Important: Always keep all flammable items away from the furnace area (ex. lacquer, paint thinner, etc.)

By keeping this area clear, you will be more likely to replace your furnace filter on a regular basis. Replacing your furnace filter is key to allowing your system to run efficiently and could improve the overall durability and longevity of a system.
