Much thanks for advising and updating our high efficiency heating system. The original installer only ran the exhaust out of the furnace but he did not run the separate PVC pipe for air in for combustion. Terry was able to add this section of pipe and now we have a true high efficiency heating system.

I had a problem which the installer did not acknowledge so I called TJ and he came out and fix the issue within10 minutes.Subsequently I ask TJ to install a humidifier and like a Pro he completed the job within a couple hours and everything is great. Thanks TJ

Thanks so much Terry for coming yesterday & for finding the holes in my ducts. They came & plugged them up. The other thing - the CO2 detector now works & hasn't beeped once!! I contacted TJ Air to improve air circulation in my finished basement. Terry came out and discussed options and gave me a quote for installing new return air ducts and registers. We were able to schedule the work for the next day, and Terry did an awesome job overcoming a couple challenging parts of the project. As other have stated, Terry does a really good job explaining and taking care of his customers and I would recommend TJ Air to anyone considering HVAC projects for their home. Thank you!

Terry, Thanks for the great installation job. You were on time or early, clean, and no hidden charges. I love the 16 seer Goodman AC and I am sure the 95% efficiency furnace will be great too. My first full month with the new AC was July and 2012 was the hottest July on record. I have interruptible power for AC so it is listed separately on the bill. In 2011 for July I used 694 KWH - $85.45 In 2012 for July I used 293 KWH - $42.08 Nothing changed but the new system. I like that 16 seer unit!
